Heritage Breed

We raise Red Wattle hogs which are an old style heritage breed hog first grown in South Texas. All of our hogs are raised in paddocks where they get to be pigs, enjoying the mud holes, and living their best life on the farm. All of our pork is USDA inspected and can be purchased either on our farm or at local farmer's markets. 

We offer several flavors of sausage including hot, mild, Italian, and our limited edition Duck Blind Sausage offered only during duck season. We also have fresh pork chops, bacon, ribs, roasts, and ham.
